We have 3 and 5 working days of handling time before our products are shipped. Our team tries its best to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11 a.m., we will most likely ship the product on Monday.

Our products are usually shipped out within 24-48 Hours and take 10-20 business days to arrive.
Our Return Policy
If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:
You can return the backdrops up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order
Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.
Products must be in new and unused condition.
Products with a Custom Logo are not returnable.
You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 90 business days of receipt of the product.
